Happy new year! I am so happy to see 2021 in the rear view mirror. It was a tough year business-wise but a great year for starting on my fitness journey.
Stress, Good Enzymes, and Exercise for 2022
This new year has already begun with positive vibes as I’ve commenced my nutrition component from Innovative Fitness.
On my last one-on-one session with my Nutritionist I learned about how important it is to have balanced and healthy enzymes, and how one’s saliva is critical in taking care of carbohydrates, as well as the importance of balanced fuel intake.
I learned that exercising while stressed is actually counterproductive and that stress can actually damage all the good work being done!
I have been fortunate that my stress level has diminished, and my exercise program with my Innovative Fitness trainers has never been better. I have reached some impressive milestones as of late, including my 90 second plank… I know, 90 seconds isn’t huge for some, but considering I started at 15 seconds – I will take the 600% increase!!
My goals for this quarter are as follows:
- Regularly bench 140 lbs
- 180 second planks
- Start deadlifting
- Eat organic
- Continue my fat-to-muscle journey with a net 15 lbs loss
I have never been more happy and excited to work with such a caring and amazing team. Innovative Fitness is worth every penny, and I have never felt better!
